Free Pre-Sales Consulting / Free Sample 

HNHN offers 12 hours quick pre-sales response and free consulting. Any kind of technical support are available for our customers.

Free Sample Making & Testing is available. We could provide 100-200m sample for free, but freight is afford by the customers.

Before confirming the samples, in order to ensure a good test experience for customers, please mail your product samples or samples of the film currently in use. If there is no sample, please provide pictures and detailed parameter information.

At our loacl area, there are many raw material manufacturers and we keep good relationship with them, we have large and stable purchase quantity from them and they guarantee to supply stable quality material to us. They arranged a person who only responsible for our material's production and delivery to make sure safe quality.

If any customers make quality complains, we will forwarder it to our service team. They will report directly to our factory manager.Usually we will hold a meeting with production, purchasing and packaging departments in 24 hours, and will response in 48 hours with feedback and solution.

Before sale:
We have professional sales to negotiate with customers. Understand what type of membrane the customer needs to use. At the same time, it gives advice to customers, which type of membrane is more suitable. We will get in touch with you in the shortest time and discuss the details.

After signing the order:
We will follow up every step of production and show pictures to customers. Meet the different needs of customers.

After sale:
Make sure the customer has received the goods completely. Track the customer's usage, and handle any quality problems in a timely manner.
